Arcotel Velvet Berlin

The hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. It is a great location for exploring the city center and enjoying the vibrant nightlife along the River. The rooms are spacious and have big windows that offer a lovely view of the surroundings.

Some of the staff members were rude and not very friendly.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, situated between Alexanderplatz and Brandenburg Gate. It was the perfect starting point for exploring Berlin on foot. Additionally, the nearby U-bahn station and tram stops made it easy to travel around the city. The top floor suite was spacious and offered incredible views over the rooftops. The staff were also excellent, assisting us with taxi arrangements and providing insider tips on what to do. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily access many of the city's historical sights.

The room at Arcotel Velvet was larger than expected, with comfortable beds and a good selection of amenities such as a TV with international channels, good wifi, and a minibar. The hotel's location near the Oranienburger underground station made it convenient for exploring Berlin. We found great nearby restaurants like PHO Vietnamese and NAMU sushi.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, especially for us as wheelchair users. They provided us with a fully accessible room and wet room bathroom, complete with a tilting mirror. The staff even offered us umbrellas without us asking, a lovely touch. They also gave us valuable advice on wheelchair-accessible train stations. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, including the tram and U-Bahn stations. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and reach major sites quickly.

The bathroom layout in some rooms was odd, with a transparent curtain instead of a dedicated shower space. Limited parking options near the hotel, challenging to unload and load luggage.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and main attractions. The room was clean and spacious, and leaving our luggage until our flight was convenient.

Huge noise-cancelling window with street view. Central location, 10 min walk to attractions. Metro nearby. Well soundproofed rooms, comfy beds, good blackout. Classic room, suitable for short stays. Rich breakfast, friendly staff.

This hotel is amazing! I absolutely loved staying here. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the Jewish Quarter. Plus, it's conveniently located right in front of a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city.

Highly recommended for families.
